The process of motivation has a direct impact on the performance of an organization. As well as on the behavior of the person and the organization groups is influenced by many external and internal factors, and organizational behavior is not possible to identify one factor. Hence the motivational process is difficult and complex, and it must simultaneously consider the external and internal condition of the organization on the example of Mongolia.
