Analysis and modeling of the occupational level in Irkutsk oblast

The level of employment of able-bodied population of Russian regions is influenced by a large set of socio-economic factors. Each of them makes one or another contribution to changing the target indicators of the level of both unemployment and employment in the country. An analysis of such relationships is a rather urgent task in the current politically and economically volatile environment. Research in this field makes it possible not only to predict the living standard of the population, but also to develop leverage in a form of government programs over those indicators that will have a positive impact on the key indicator of the research, namely the occupational level. The article reveals various relations between the key factors that characterize the living standard of the population and the level of social development, this allowed us to define the priorities in further research aimed at improving the living standard of the population.
