The main purpose of the article is to analyze the existing practices of using adaptive learning systems in education and build a conceptual model, taking into account the peculiarities of “Online” learning. In accordance with the goal, the following tasks are set: 1) to develop adaptive platforms used in “Online” education systems; 2) determine the role of the teacher in adaptive learning and the possibility of replacing it with artificial intelligence; 3) propose an adaptive learning model. The theoretical basis of the research is based on a complex of scientific positions of scientists in the field of "Online" education and artificial intelligence.
