The Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation is the second largest non-budget social fund. This article presents the dynamics of revenues and expenditures of the budget of the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation, analyzes the structure and dynamics of the main revenues and expenditures of the SIF of the Russian Federation for the period from 2016 to 2018, and identifies some problems of the fund.
