The article defines the concept of the effectiveness of service promotion. The values of economic and psychological efficiency are studied in detail. The set of services provided by a retail trading company is investigated. The analysis of the effectiveness of the application of the complex of promotion of services on the example of the company LLC "TD HERMES" is carried out. It is revealed that in the considered example, the costs of using advertising are justified in the long term, and in the short term they do not have time to pay off.
