At present, the main goal of the organization is to achieve maximum efficiency and maintain the competitiveness of the enterprise. Market economy conditions require flexibility and agility from organizations. All this contributes to the increasing role of staff. Managers of enterprises pay great attention to stimulating workers in order to increase labor productivity. One of the main methods of such incentives is wages, which is the reason for the relevance of this topic. The article discusses the concept of wages and its significance in the current market conditions, and also analyzes the traditional and modern models of wages.
