The hospitality is confronting with major challenges which represent, in the same time, chances that mustn’t be missed. On the one hand, the industry must adapt to the society evolutions, which will influence on the tourism’s sector demand, and, on the other hand, it must face the constraints imposed by the actual sector’s structure, of its specific context and its social and economic condition. The hospitality sensitivity to crisis situations is higher compared to other economic sectors because of the numerous peculiarities of the hotel business. Therefore, the crisis management concept must play a significant role in the work of hotels and this article takes onto account this issue. It starts with theoretical framework reviewing the fundamental determinants of tourism, concepts of crisis and crisis management in international tourism and the importance of crisis management in the hotel business. The object of research is hotels in crisis conditions. The subject of the research is the programs of anti-crisis management in the hotels. The purpose of the research is to analyze and evaluate successful practices in the field of formation and implementation of anti-crisis management programs in the hotel. Research hypothesis states the interdependence in a crisis situation and crisis communications, created in advance by responsible managers, in which there are synergies and interdependence in the strategic planning of crises.
