Analysis and optimization of the extraction process of phenolic compounds from bagasse of wild plants berries

Бесплатный доступ

Bagasse formed in the production of juice from the berries of wild plants contains a sufficient amount of biologically active substances, maximum extraction of which will allow efficient use of primary production's waste. We used bagasse of cowberry and cranberry berries growing in the Republic of Buryatia. It is known that the largest quantity of biologically active substances refers to phenolic compounds. The authors investigated the influence of physical and chemical factors (hydronic module, duration, % ethanol) on the amount of phenolic compounds extracted from bagasse of cowberry and cranberry in the electromagnetic field of ultra-high frequency. The optimal values of studied parameters of extraction by the method of mathematical planning of experiments were identified: 40% of ethanol, 1:10 and 120 sec-for extraction from bagasse cranberry, and 60,47% of ethanol, 1:10 and 63,3 sec-for extraction from bagasse of cowberry.
