Analysis and features of strategic planning for social and economic development of the Republic of Buryatia

The article considers modern conditions for development and implementation of political and economic decisions in the Republic of Buryatia as one of the modeled key territories of the Russian Federation. There is a necessity to make effective planned decisions and actions aimed at the managed economic growth of the subjects of Russia located on Baikal natural territory - the Republic of Buryatia, Irkutsk Oblast and Zabaykalsky Krai - within the framework of the Strategy for socio-economic development of the Russian Federation and its eastern subjects up to 2035. We proposed new political and economic instruments for scientific substantiation of the accelerated rates of state and public administration development and economic growth in the subjects of the federation in terms of the requirements of modern technological modes and socio-economic competition between Russia and foreign countries.
