Analysis and prospects of using information and communication technologies in public administration in Russia

The article is devoted to the analysis of the use of the potential of information technologies in public administration in modern Russia. The state policy in Informatization of administrative functions of Federal and regional authorities is investigated. The achievements are presented, the degree of complexity of implementation and ensuring high quality of functioning of the Russian electronic government is defined.
