Abstract.The article deals with the problem of economic training of tourist organizations in order to develop trainees' skills in terms of variability of the behavior of the actual data. Proposed economic model, which has a stable equilibrium point of this type of building. At the present stage is not sufficient studied scientific interest. In order to ensure a stable position of the tourist organization of the market shows the confidence coefficient, which reflects the quality of the tourist product, the level of training of sales managers, advertising effectiveness, and "marketing quality" of the company -the degree of security of the consumer tourist product and price stability (an increase in the number of unserved customers and improving prices adversely affects the CD).After the implementation of the proposed training model conclusions aimed at correcting the bonus formula laid down in the economic model with the aim of balancing model in a monopolized market.
