Analysis and projecting various acting systems in research

Vital and topical problem of conducting qualitative analysis in projecting organization management systems typical for the development of the contemporary society is discussed. It is demonstrated that complexity and multi-factor character of computations makes the application of system analysis methods difficult in practice. It is proved that development of computer tools that can integrate the methodology of system analysis and the potential of the computer system is a most significant social and economic way, that the quality and optimal character of the decisions very often influence the final outcome of the organization work and in some cases the existence of the organization itself.
