Analysis and ways to improve labor productivity and pay at the enterprise

The article reviews the concepts of "labor productivity", "labor remuneration", their relationship and role and use in agriculture. The main indicators that characterize labor productivity, factors that affect the level of labor productivity, as well as the direction of labor productivity growth are highlighted. The article shows that in the production activity of any organization, the main role is played by labor, so the growth of its productivity is one of the prerequisites for successful development.
