Analysis and ways for development of non-aviation activities of «Northern Capital Gateway» LLC

The article is devoted to the urgent problem of increasing income from non-aviation activities of an airport enterprise in the context of a reduction in international traffic and active growth in the segment of domestic air transport. The authors analyze the structure and main sources of non-aviation income of the enterprise. Based on a study of global and domestic trends in the field of air transport, directions for the development of non-aviation commerce of VVSS LLC are proposed, which should ensure the successful adaptation of the enterprise to constantly changing environmental conditions and provide a high level of service for passengers.
