Analysis and improvement of administrative processes in the strategic management system in public sector institutions

The article highlights theoretical approaches to the definition of the essence of managerial decisions, the processes of developing managerial decisions and methods of making managerial decisions aimed at improving the efficiency of public authorities. The text discusses the key aspects of the theory of managerial decision-making, as well as the organization of the process of decomposition of decision-making tasks, special attention is paid to assessing the quality of decisions.
