The article identifies the main problems that hinder the effective work of the employees of Tentorium LLC: high level of staff turnover; workload; frequent need for overtime work; performance of work that is not characteristic of the functional according to the job description; unstable psychological atmosphere in Tentorium LLC; lack of methods of non-material incentives for staff; nderdeveloped system of personnel training and maintenance of the qualification level of employees. Proposals to improve the motivation system: change the composition of wages in order to increase the incentive effect, on the one hand, of tariff payment, on the other hand, allowances, bonuses, bonuses and other payments, for which improvement should be carried out composition of wages at least once a year, the formation and maintenance of a favorable socio-psychological climate in the organization and corporate culture. In order to strengthen the corporate culture and unite the team of the enterprise, it is necessary to hold collective events, for example, New Year, February 23, March 8, May 1, Foundation day of Tentorium LLC on April 24.
