Analysis and comparative characteristics of the legal sources of criminal law of medieval England

The subject of research in this article is the development of criminal law in England. The article presents the results of the analysis of five legal sources of Medieval England of the periods from the VI century to the XII century, analyzes the sources presented in the sources, crimes and punishments for them and conducts a general analysis of the sources and their comparative characteristics.
