Comparative aspects of the application of the principle of good faith in different legal systems

The principle of good faith is not officially recognized in all countries, but its impact on contract law is undisputed. The principle of good faith is particularly important in continental law countries, which directly establish the provisions of this principle in statute-books. Moreover it is also the basis of all institutes of civil law, while the obligation of good faith is acknowledged in all stages of contract law. The principle of good faith in the countries of common law is treated somewhat differently - its provisions apply only during the stage of the implementation of the agreement.

The article studied the constitutional norms of various countries that delimit and distribute the powers of fuel resource management. A clear distinction in the management of resources is one of the most important aspects of social harmony and a source of stability. An analysis of international legal documents indicates significant changes in international law and the practical activities of states in the context of the nation’s rights to fuel resources. The differences lie in the broader recognition of the rights of indigenous peoples to manage their lands, territories and resources, as well as their authority to decide on their use and development.

The role of the internet of things in renewable energy resources

As the notion of smart cities progresses from concept to development, it becomes a reality. Energy and electrical power flow must be resilient, reliable, efficient, and seamless in order to energize and power smart city services such as smart hospitals, smart buildings, smart factories, and smart traffic and transportation. Smart energy and electrical power networks, which are considered among the most crucial pillars for such cities, are intended to keep all of these smart services running without disruptions. The Internet of Things (IoT) and cloud computing play a critical role in keeping smart city services linked and in sync. The role of the Internet of Things in the integration of renewable energy supplies into the power grid is discussed in this paper.

Вильгельм Оранский, как штатгальтер Нидердландов, выступив организатором антифранцузской коалиции, завершил войну против Франции подписанием Нимвегенских мирных договоров. В 1689 году создал Аугсбургскую лигу и начал войну с Францией, которая завершилась подписанием Рисвикского мирного договора. Предпринял ряд дипломатических усилий в целях предотвращения войны за Испанское наследство.
