Analysis and management of production diversification of PJSC "Nizhnekamskneftekhim"

The article discusses the theoretical and practical aspects of the formation of the commodity strategy of PJSC «Nizhnekamskneftekhim». The paper uses the methods of the adapted BCG matrix and the Dibb-Simkin method, as a result of which positive and inhibiting factors of production development are identified. The ways and directions of optimization of management of diversification of the product portfolio of the enterprise for the purpose of effective management of the organization are offered.
