Analysis and selection of the research object in solving scientific and technical problems

The problem of choosing the object of research in relation to solving practical problems in the planning of the experiment is considered. Mathematical methods of experiment planning are based on the cybernetic representation of the object of study, where the most suitable model is the so-called "black box". A certain level of knowledge of the problem allows to use in the process of collecting previously systematized information, contributing to the use of deductive methods of obtaining results. The use of experiment planning allows you to choose the right strategy for collecting a priori information in a short time, which will allow you to formulate the purpose of the work and choose a preliminary scheme for planning experiments. The economic criterion as function of the purpose which is directed on increase of efficiency of production is proved.
