Analysis of innovation activity of small enterprises in the Vologda oblast

The article discusses the features of innovative activity of small businesses. On the basis of statistical data, the main indicators of innovation activity of small businesses in the Vologda Oblast for 2009-2019 were identified and analyzed, and a comparison with the average indicators of the Russian Federation was carried out. As a result of the study, a portrait of the MIP in the Vologda region was compiled, a comparison was made with the image of the MP as a whole. Systematic problems of the development of innovative activities of small enterprises were also identified.
