The analysis of institute of security of witnesses and victims in the Russian Federation and foreign countries

The paper gives a detailed analysis of legal regulations, fixed in the Regulatory acts of foreign countries and the Russian Federation. The Institute of security of witnesses and victims is relatively new to law enforcement. Related to this is certain difficults apply rules of law by the law enforcement when they provide security of witnesses and victims. As a result of analysis of standards in foreign countries, conclusions are drawn that it is very important to use foreign experience and international mechanisms of security of witnesses and victims.
