Analysis of investment in the human capital of the Republic of Tyva

In the modern economy, much attention is paid to investments. Investments in material things are mainly considered, but few people think that the foundation of the modern economy is a person and his resources. Education is an investment in a person carried out with the aim of forming, maintaining and improving his health, efficiency and education. And accordingly, investment in education as a tool for the formation and development of human capital in the Republic of Tuva is analyzed.
