Analysis of the investment legislation of the Republic of Abkhazia

In the current geopolitical situation, the strategic task of the Republic of Abkhazia at the present stage is to find the best ways to attract investments in the country's economy. However, this cannot be achieved without a properly formalized legal basis containing legal guarantees for capital. The investment legislation of the Republic of Abkhazia at the present stage is characterized by lack of system, gaps, lack of a single law that would establish general rules for various types of investment activities.
