The article is devoted to the study of effective use of human resources, which is an important element of improving the efficiency of the organization. It is the staff that is the most complex and promising, potentially inexhaustible resource of the organization, to a critical extent determining how effectively the means of production are used and how successfully the organization as a whole is developing.
