This study discusses aspects of personnel motivation management in order to increase the efficiency of the organization. The article presents the significance of labor motivation, a model of the motivation process, internal and external motivation. The characteristic of the methods of staff motivation is given, in terms of the effectiveness of the use of the organization’s staff. The appropriateness of the application of material and intangible incentives for labor is determined and substantiated, reflecting the creation of not only a favorable climate in the organization, but also conditions that contribute to professional growth and development of employees, an effective personnel management system and achieve labor growth growth.
