Analysis of frequency influence and raw materials supply research on granule’s packing and press capacity process

It is stated that frequency increase of pressed actions with divide supplying in divisible portions accelerates granule’s packing and promotes increasing off press capacity in the result of operating conditions research of gear-type-press for granulating agricultural materials. The established frequency of pressing actions corresponds to the press scheme with two pressing shafts within the matrix. For open gear drives 300 revolutions per minute (r. p. m.) are not recommended. So that the gear rim carries out the double functions: pressing elements and supporting device for kinematic connection between matrix and shafts.
