Analysis of changes in the contract sphere introduced by the federal law of 04.04.2019 No. 50-FZ

The article analyzes and characterizes the changes made by the Federal Act of 01.04.2019 No.50-Fz «From amending the federal law on the contractual system in the procurement of goods, works, and services to ensure the state» 05.04.2013 N44-FH.
