The analysis of efficiency of budgetary funds allocated for social rehabilitation of invalids in city Moscow

The article attempts to analyze the effectiveness of allocated from the municipal budget financial resources for social adaptation of persons with disabilities. The main emphasis is on the problems of financing the Moscow Government areas of social assistance and without creating a barrier for disabled people and other people with limited mobility.
