The article forecasts a positive effect from investment in housing under construction in Chelyabinsk in the conditions of unstable exchange value of ruble, growing credit rates, reduction of prices in the secondary housing market. The authors justify such a source of financing as mortgage crediting acting as a tool of savings stimulation.
