In the article the effectiveness of financial instruments for stimulating small and medium businesses in the Russian Federation is analyzed. The author analyzes the impact of concessional lending by the Corporation of SME. Special attention is paid to assessing the effectiveness of grant support for small innovative entrepreneurship.
