Analysis of the efficiency of financial instruments of state support of small and medium businesses

This article studies the effectiveness of financial instruments of state support for small and medium-sized businesses. The state of small and medium-sized businesses in Russia is characterized, and the main changes in the structure of small and medium-sized enterprises are described. The main shortcomings of the existing system of financial support for small and medium-sized businesses are revealed.
