Formation effectiveness analysis of the regional development strategy

Тhe ar ticle analyz es the rationality of the a reg ional development strateg y creation. The efficiency and dynamics of changes in the development strategies of this region are considered in case of the Saint Petersburg region. The algorithm proposes a model for the regional strategies formation and implementation with the diversity policies requirement, conditions for the transition from scenario to scenario, periodic strategic control in the form of verification of targets and measures to achieve them, informatization and digitalization advantages of regional social and economic processes. The paper concludes about the current strategy effectiveness for socio-economic development of St. Petersburg until 2035.
