Analysis of the effectiveness of the use of unmanned aerial vehicles to optimize the involvement of forces and means for emergency response

The article discusses the use of unmanned aerial vehicles in the interests of EMERCOM of Russia in the exploration of remote and large-scale emergencies in particular, as well as promising directions of development of systems and technical means intended for the prevention, detection and liquidation of emergency situations, also the substantiation of the creation new structural units in PKU "CMC EMERCOM of Russia for the Saratov region", the proposed Method of application of unmanned aerial vehicles for the task of monitoring and forecasting of emergency situations.
