The effectiveness analysis of hallux valgus treatment by transosseous osteosynthesis method according to the results of computer podography

The data are given concerning the character of functional static load distribution over different foot zones in patients with hallux valgus before and after treatment by transosseous osteosynthesis method. The studies were made using the method of computer podography in 23 patients treated at FSI RSC "RTO". It is demonstrated that as a result of treatment the increase of feet weight-bearing has occurred, as well as the redistribution of static functional load with normalization of loading the head of the first metatarsal bone.
