Analysis of the effectiveness of the mechanism for the correction of judicial errors by the courts of appeal and cassation, within the framework of the judicial reform

Within the framework of this article, the features of the review of cases are disclosed, in order to correct the admitted judicial errors, in the order of instance by the courts of appeal and cassation. The importance and effectiveness of the transformation of courts of appeal and cassation under the influence of the ongoing judicial reform is analyzed.
