Employees coming to work in the companies of the service sector in Moscow frequently face synergy of not only low financial resources, incapable to provide worthy material incentives, but also with the populist management, which consider neither changing workload, nor growing professionalism of the personnel. In the modern conditions and considering these factors managers can not only prevent quitting, but also provide the personnel with successful professional development inside the company.
