The article considers the importance of analyzing the company's reserves in modern conditions and the need for effective inventory management of the organization. The existing methodological approaches to analyzing the effectiveness of inventory management are reflected. An example of the final matrix is described when using ABC-XYZ analysis in assessing the effectiveness of an organization's reserves, the importance of analyzing the reserves of an economic entity in modern economic conditions is justified.
