Analysis of the effectiveness of housing and communal services management in Volgograd: problems of modernization and ways of improvement

This research paper presents an analysis of the housing and communal services of Volgograd. The work used statistical indicators, an index of the quality of life of cities, as well as independent assessments of the development of housing and communal services. The main characteristics of the current state of housing and communal services funds in Volgograd and the most relevant barriers that make up the problems of further development are determined. As a result of the research, a list of measures and measures has been developed that contribute to the improvement of housing and communal services management mechanisms in Volgograd.
