The banking sector is currently undergoing significant changes due to the development of digital technologies and changing consumer behavior. The aggravation of banking is looking for new ways to attract customers, with a focus on multi-channel service strategies and ecosystem development. Thus, there is a need for additional research of customer experience and identification of the most promising areas of work with customers in the banking sector. The article presents the theoretical aspects of the term "ecosystem", analyzes the ecosystems of Sber and Tinkoff.
