Analysis of quality of labor life: qualification and productivity of labor (on the example of the Far Eastern federal district of the Russian Federation)

The article assesses the quality of working life with the use of an indicative block reflecting the qualification and labor productivity of the methodology for assessing the quality of working life in the Far Eastern Federal District for 2010-2013. The implementation of this block is carried out through the following indicators: 1. The share of employed in the economy, having higher and secondary vocational education,%. 2. The output of skilled workers per 10,000 people employed, people. 3. Labor productivity in the region - GRP per 1 employed, thousand rubles. The results of this study can be applied to study the discipline on the quality of life, as well as to further study the quality of working life. The quality of the working life of one region differs from the quality of the working life of another region and there is a strong differentiation in these indicators.
