Analysis as a functional element of business process management in an organization

The article shows that in modern conditions of functioning of economic entities, there is a change in the management paradigm from functional to process. Based on the analysis of scientific literature, the definition of the concept of "business process" is given. Consideration of business processes as an object of management determines the importance of their description and analysis in order to increase the efficiency and sustainable functioning of the organization based on the improvement of existing business processes. The most frequently used qualitative and quantitative methods of analyzing business processes of organizations implementing a process management model are presented.
