The analysis of clinical symptoms and immune indexes of vaginal discharge in women with mycoplasma infection

68 women with verified mycoplasma infection were examined. In 26,4 % of patients was revealed colpitis, in 22,0 % - cervicitis, in 7,3 % - uretritis and in 4,4 % - salpingitis, absence of inflammatory symptoms were discovered in 22,0 %. Local immune response on the persistence of mycoplasmas showed the stimulation of the defence mechanisms against extracellular pathogens by the enhance of IL-17 levels in vaginal fluid samples, decrease of immunoglobulin (G1-G4) activities of the secondary immune response with the significant increase of anaphylotoxin C5a.
