Analysis of key areas for implementation of the concept of sustainability in the public procurement sector in the Republic of Moldova

This paper reveals the need for public procurement, analyzes the constituent parts and general instruments for the implementation of sustainable public procurement, and those instruments that have been implemented on the territory of the Republic of Moldova. The article identifies the areas of the process of implementing sustainable public procurement. The analysis of the public procurement sector in the Republic of Moldova, directly the share of public procurement in the GDP of the Republic of Moldova, dynamics of gDp growth and the volume of public procurement, growth of expenditures of the National Public Budget and the or other aspects of sustainability were made and studied. Attention was also paid to the problems of implementing sustainable public procurement based on the analysis of the legal framework for the public procurement sector in the Republic of Moldova.
