The methodical apparatus and algorithm of statistical processing of the ha-rakter data and number of defects and damages of metal constructions of concentrating factory-rick are developed.As absolute indicators of the technical condition of industrial buildings, the total number of manifested, eliminated and accumulated defects and damages is considered. As relative indicators of the technical condition of industrial buildings, the indicator of the intensity of manifestation, elimination and accumulation of defects and defects in relation to the total number of sizes of metal structures is considered. Based on the results of data processing, graphs of dynamic change of indicators of groups of metal structure are made.As a result of the analysis, the main regularities of formation and quantitative values of wear intensity were determined, which led to the formation of the corresponding technical condition of the objects in question and helped to reduce their service life.
