The analysis of the communication aspect in the local self-organization system

The research examines communication in the system of local integration of society. A theoretical analysis of the concepts of the phenomenon of local identity is conducted in terms of the constraints on the development of the communicative environment of social interaction. Due to its urgency, the issue of communication in local communities quite often became a focus of theoretical analysis. However, the researchers have not treated many aspects of self-organization in much detail. First of all, this problem relates to the ambiguous interpretation of the term ‘local community’ in modern science. The study on the methodological foundations of citizens’ local communication in the system of self-organization relations and the empirical data given make it possible to conclude that self-organizing practices of the population should be transformed from chaotic into systemic ones. The approach suggested will allow one to consolidate these practices as mass behavioral phenomena.
