Analysis of the concepts of R. Florida and C. Landry on the example of two cities in the Western Urals

The article compares the implementation of the concepts of the creative class and the creative city in Perm and the city of Usolye of the Perm Region. The authors consider the positive experience of using the development potential of the local community of the Usolye municipal district and the mixed results of sociocultural implementations in the capital of the Perm Kama Region.
