Analysis of concession agreements: study of the model and features of concessions in the Russian Federation

This research article presents an analysis of concession agreements focused on models and their features in the context of the Russian Federation. The study examines the key aspects of concessions, including their definition, features of the conclusion, advantages and disadvantages. The barriers associated with the implementation of concession projects and ways to improve concessions for the development of infrastructure and the economy of the country are noted.
