Competitive environment analysis: basic concepts and features

In this article, the author considers the need to analyze the competitive environment. During the study, the basic concepts and features of this process were studied. Two important axioms in the process of analysis were also given, which can be applied in any business sphere. The author has considered potential situations that require a thorough analysis of the competitive environment.
