The article deals with topical issues of competitiveness and efficiency of the network trading company. In the course of the study, the analysis of consumers and competitors of Lenta LLC was carried out; an assessment of the competitiveness of the enterprise was given; macro-environment and micro-environment factors were analyzed. A SWOT analysis was carried out, threats and opportunities, weaknesses and strengths of the company's activities were identified. As a result, recommendations were presented to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise.
